  • When can I schedule a showing?

    Please contact us to schedule a showing. Please list the dates and times that work best for you and we will do our best to accomodate your schedule.

  • What is needed to purchase a house on terms?

    The primary requirements for purchasing a rent-to-own property are providing a down payment and demonstrating the ability to consistently make monthly payments, including taxes and insurance.

  • Do you run background checks?

    No.

  • Do you require a downpayment

    Yes. The amount varies per house and can be anywhere from $3,000 - $10,000

  • How long are the terms?

    Terms are typically 5-15 years

  • How quickly can I move in?

    As soon as land contract is signed and downpayment is given.

  • What does the tenant portal do?

    The Tenant Portal is an online tool provided for you at no cost. You will be able to:

    1. Pay your rent online.
    2. View your previous and upcoming payments.
    3. Communicate with landlord.

  • If something is broken, will you fix it?

    In our rent-to-own agreements, the tenant-buyer is responsible for all property upkeep and repairs during the term of the contract.

  • How often is rent due and how can I pay it?

    Rent is due monthly usually on the 1st of each month. 


    Depending on the property, you may be able to pay rent automatically online through credit card, debit card, or ACH (eCheck wire transfer).


    One-time payments may also be available in your tenant portal. 


    If ACH is available, the money will not leave your account immediately, so you will need to leave the balance in the account until the process is completed. 

  • How do I access my Tenant Portal?

    If the tenant portal is enabled for your property, you will receive an automated invitation to your email. You can also click here to watch a video on using the portal.
